I will provide complete pet and home care as well as overnight companionship for your loved one, sticking to usual routine as much as possible . Visits take place from approximately 9:30PM to 7:00AM. Extra visits during the day charged at 30 minute drop-in rate.

Now offering Bed and Breakfast services, for those clients who are not comfortable having someone stay in their home. Service includes a 90 minute evening visit and a 30 minute visit first thing in the morning. Times can also be 60 minutes am and 60 minutes pm. Extra visits during the day charged at 30-minute drop-in rate.

• Ensure pool service/landscaping is maintained

• Check air handler and pool pump

• Remove debris from sidewalks, walkways and driveway

• Bring in newspapers, junk mail, flyers

• Check for signs of vandalism or forced entry

• Look for evidence of insects and/or pests

Interior Services:

• Look for signs of water stains, moisture and mold

• Check for signs of vandalism or forced entry

• Monitor HVAC, thermostats, water heaters & electrical panels

• Look for evidence of leaking pipes

• Run faucets & toilets / eliminate dried gaskets & sewer smells

• Ensure alarm systems are functioning properly

• Check for signs of insects and/or pests

• Run garbage disposal
